STEP #1: Your Greedy Fat Cells Won’t Cooperate. 

Fat cells can be REALLY greedy and will do anything they can to hold on to the fat that’s stored inside them. Until that stored fat is released, it can’t be burned for the energy you need to power you throughout your day.

Unfortunately, when certain hormones that affect your metabolism are out of balance, your fat can literally get trapped — locked inside your fat cells.  So even if you eat right and exercise, those chunks of yellow fat can stay stored right where they are. This is why that annoying fat that seems permanently stuck on your belly, waist, thighs, and butt gets the name “stubborn fat”!

STEP #2: “Released” Fat MUST Get to the Right Place.

It’s not enough to simply convince your fat cells to unlock and release the trapped fat.  Your body must now deliver that released fat to your fat burning factories located in other cells where it can be turned into energy.

But if the pathways to those fat burning cells are blocked or detoured by your metabolism, it has nowhere to go, and your fat cells can pull it right back in!

To make matters worse, since you can’t burn the fat you did release for energy, your body starts to starve, and sends signals to your brain, commanding you to get that energy elsewhere.  As a result, your carb craving mechanism goes into action and you start eating every sugary, blood-sugar-spiking carb in sight, which triggers a vicious cycle of repeated fat accumulation.
